If you reside in India, the following terms apply alongside our base Privacy Policy under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Your rights

• Access summary of your personal data.
• Correct, complete, or update inaccurate data.
• Erase data no longer required for the purpose collected.
• Withdraw consent.
• Nominate a representative to exercise your rights on your behalf.

Grievance redressal

Email grievance@funkihoo.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Significant Data Fiduciary

We are not currently designated a Significant Data Fiduciary. If/when designated, we will notify users and publish required disclosures.
